About Us

Tracy E. Engels

Tracy demonstrates an exuberant interest in all that life has to offer. A frequent traveler, she has visited Portugal, Spain, Morocco, Washington D. C. and North Carolina within the past year. She also boasts eight grandchildren and does her best to visit them whenever possible and attend sporting and school events throughout the year. A former R. N., she has ortho, neuro and medical experience which led her to her interest in medical research. This, in turn, led her to the mission of starting a grant-writing and management company in order to promote caring companies whose mission is to help those in need. Now, in addition to working from home in Puyallup, WA, she enjoys the company of 12 chickens, a dachshund, and an American Shorthair cat.

Her ability to relate to clients and transfer their ideas from paper to reality speaks to the amount of care she exhibits to all she works with. Knowing that client ideas come from a place of concern and valuing that is a large part of what shines through in her work.

Joshua D. Molstre Joshua grew up in North Dakota and Washington state and now resides in St. Paul Minnesota. He has over a decade of experience in writing and managing grants and now brings those talents to EGM. He is also an accomplished chef and has owned his own catering business, featuring his home-grown vegetables and hand raised chickens and ducks. He has a long history of owning and showing dogs, with his favorites being St. Bernards and Dobermans.

Josh has a talent with numbers that makes for thoroughly thought out budgets and accurate cost estimates. While able to visualize the needs of a client’s project, he is able to put those needs into a spreadsheet and match that to the requirements of a sponsor.

Kathleen Salisbury Kathleen is an enthusiastic researcher and collaborator with years of experience in clinical health care, project management, proofreading, and editing. Her passions lie in family and child health, public health, and equity and diversity causes. Along with establishing her own lactation consultation business, she grows vegetables to sell and raises chickens on her farm in Gig Harbor, Washington and keeps up with the busy lives of her three sons.

She excels at writing and has a knack of conveying just the right message to grantors in order to convey the grantee’s needs and the value of their projects. Her ability to express ideas as if they come from the clients’ own voice is a truly valuable talent and one that serves our clients well.
